ZHONGKE GROUP<03321> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by ZhongKe Group
Holdings Limited ("ZhongKe Group"), the share consolidation of 10 shares
of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in ZhongKe Group into 1 consolidated share
of HKD0.1 each ("New Shares") will become effective on 24/04/2026. As from
Friday, 24/04/2026, a temporary counter under the following particulars
will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace the original
counter (stock code: 3321) for trading in the Old Shares:-
