ZHONGKE GROUP<03321> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of ZhongKe Group Holdings Limited ("ZhongKe Group")
will cease after the close of business on Monday, 01/06/2026. As from
the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in the
consolidated shares (stock code: 2944) of ZhongKe Group as represented
by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares
of ZhongKe Group will only be under the following arrangements: -
