ENVISION GREEN<01783> - Share Subdivision

According to the share subdivision timetable issued by Envision
Greenwise Holdings Limited ("Envision Greenwise"), the share
subdivision of 1 share of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in Envision
Greenwise into 2 subdivided shares of HKD0.005 each ("New Shares")
will become effective on 23/09/2025. As from Tuesday, 23/09/2025,
a temporary counter under the following particulars will be established
for trading in the New Shares to replace the original counter (stock
code: 1783) for trading in the Old Shares:-
