SMART FISH<00139> - Share Consolidation

According to the capital reorganisation timetable issued by
Smart Fish Wealthlink Holdings Limited ("Smart Fish"), the
capital reorganisation which comprises the share consolidation
of 20 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") into 1 consolidated
share of HKD0.20 each and the capital reduction of par value of
the consolidated shares from HKD0.20 each in Smart Fish to HKD0.01
each ("New Shares") will become effective on 24/09/2025.  As from
Wednesday, 24/09/2025, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to
replace the original counter (stock code: 139) for trading in the
Old Shares:-
