EASYHOLD GROUP<01703> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Easyhold Group Holdings Limited ("Easyhold Group")
will cease after the close of business on Friday, 05/06/2026.  As from the
close of business on that day, the counter for trading in the consolidated
shares (stock code: 2946) of Easyhold Group as represented by old share
certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of Easyhold Group
will only be under the following arrangements: -
