ALCO HOLDINGS<00328> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Alco Holdings Limited ("Alco Holdings") will cease
after the close of business on Wednesday, 05/11/2025.   As from the
close of business on that day, the counter for trading in the consolidated
shares (stock code: 2948) of Alco Holdings as represented by old share
certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of Alco Holdings
will only be under the following arrangements: -
