TR INTERIORS<06162> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by China Tianrui
Automotive Interiors Co., Ltd ("Tianrui Automotive Interiors"), the share
consolidation of 40 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in Tianrui
Automotive Interiors into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.4 each ("New
Shares") will become effective on 23/10/2026. As from Friday, 23/10/2026,
a temporary counter under the following particulars will be established
for trading in the New Shares to replace the original counter (stock code:
6162) for trading in the Old Shares:-
