NEW CONCEPTS<02221> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by
New Concepts Holdings Limited ("New Concepts"), the share
consolidation of 10 shares of HKD0.10 each ("Old Shares")
in New Concepts into 1 consolidated share of HKD1.00 each
("New Shares") will become effective on 14/10/2025.
As from Tuesday, 14/10/2025, a temporary counter under the
following particulars will be established for trading in the
New Shares to replace the original counter (stock code: 2221)
for trading in the Old Shares:-
