NEW CONCEPTS<02221> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of New Concepts Holdings Limited  ("New Concepts")
will cease after the close of business on Tuesday, 18/11/2025.
As from the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in
the consolidated shares (stock code: 2950) of New Concepts as represented
by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of
New Concepts will only be under the following arrangements: -
