DEVGREAT<00755> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading
in the ordinary shares of DevGreat Group Limited ("DevGreat")
will cease after the close of business on Tuesday, 15/04/2025.
As from the close of business on that day, the counter for
trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2951) of
DevGreat as represented by old share certificates will be
withdrawn and trading in the shares of DevGreat will only
be under the following arrangements: -
