TONGDA GROUP<00698> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Tongda Group
Holdings Limited ("Tongda Group"), the share consolidation of 50 shares
of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in Tongda Group into 1 consolidated share
of HKD0.5 each ("New Shares") will become effective on 13/10/2025. As
from Monday, 13/10/2025, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace
the original counter (stock code: 698) for trading in the Old Shares:-
