TONGDA GROUP<00698> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Tongda Group Holdings Limited ("Tongda Group")
will cease after the close of business on Monday, 17/11/2025. As from
the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in the
consolidated shares (stock code: 2951) of Tongda Group as represented
by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares
of Tongda Group will only be under the following arrangements: -
