SOFTMEDX<00648> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by SoftMedx
Healthcare Limited ("SoftMedx Healthcare"), the share consolidation
of 20 shares ("Old Shares") in SoftMedx Healthcare into 1 consolidated
share ("New Shares") will become effective on 19/05/2026.  As from
Tuesday, 19/05/2026, a temporary counter under the following particulars
will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace the original
counter (stock code: 648) for trading in the Old Shares:-
