SOFTMEDX<00648> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of SoftMedx Healthcare Limited ("SoftMedx Healthcare")
will cease after the close of business on Wednesday, 24/06/2026.   As
from the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in the
consolidated shares (stock code: 2951) of SoftMedx Healthcare as
represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in
the shares of SoftMedx Healthcare will only be under the following
arrangements: -
