KAISA HEALTH<00876> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Kaisa Health
Group Holdings Limited ("Kaisa Health"), the share consolidation of 50
shares of HKD0.00125 each ("Old Shares") in Kaisa Health into 1
consolidated share of HKD0.0625 each ("New Shares") will become effective
on 24/06/2026.  As from Wednesday, 24/06/2026, a temporary counter under
the following particulars will be established for trading in the New
Shares to replace the original counter (stock code: 876) for trading in
the Old Shares:-
