INFINITY DEV<00640> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Infinity
Development Holdings Company Limited ("Infinity Development"), the
share consolidation of 2 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in
Infinity Development into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.02 each
("New Shares") will become effective on 20/10/2025.  As from Monday,
20/10/2025, a temporary counter under the following particulars
will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace
the original counter (stock code: 640) for trading in the Old
Shares:-
