According to the share consolidation timetable issued by China
Financial International Investments Limited ("China Financial
International"), the share consolidation of 5 shares of HKD0.01
each ("Old Shares") in China Financial International into 1
consolidated share of HKD0.05 each ("New Shares") will become
effective on 02/06/2026. As from Tuesday, 02/06/2026, a temporary
counter under the following particulars will be established for
trading in the New Shares to replace the original counter
(stock code: 721) for trading in the Old Shares:-
