Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in
the ordinary shares of China Financial International Investments
Limited ("China Financial International") will cease after the close
of business on Wednesday, 08/07/2026. As from the close of
business on that day, the counter for trading in the consolidated
shares (stock code: 2957) of China Financial International as
represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and
trading in the shares of China Financial International will only
be under the following arrangements: -
