VISION VALUES<00862> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Vision Values
Holdings Limited ("Vision Values"), the share consolidation of 10 shares
of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in Vision Values into 1 consolidated share
of HKD0.1 each ("New Shares") will become effective on 27/05/2026. As from
Wednesday, 27/05/2026, a temporary counter under the following particulars
will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace the original
counter (stock code: 862) for trading in the Old Shares:-
