CHINA ENERGY<00228> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in
the ordinary shares of China Energy Development Holdings Limited
("China Energy") will cease after the close of business on Friday,
05/12/2025. As from the close of business on that day, the counter
for trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2960) of China
Energy as represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn
and trading in the shares of China Energy will only be under the
following arrangements: -
