CN CULTURAL T&A<00542> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading
in the ordinary shares of China Cultural Tourism and Agriculture
Group Limited ("China Cultural Tourism") will cease after the
close of business on Friday, 05/12/2025. As from the close of
business on that day, the counter for trading in the consolidated
shares (stock code: 2961) of China Cultural Tourism as represented
by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares
of China Cultural Tourism will only be under the following
arrangements: -
