XINMING CHINA<02699> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Xinming China
Holdings Limited ("Xinming China"), the share consolidation of 25 shares
of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in Xinming China into 1 consolidated share
of HKD0.25 each ("New Shares") will become effective on 03/06/2026. As
from Wednesday, 03/06/2026, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace
the original counter (stock code: 2699) for trading in the Old Shares:-
