SHOUGANG CENT<00103> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Shougang
Century Holdings Limited ("Shougang Century"), the share consolidation
of 5 shares ("Old Shares") in Shougang Century into 1 consolidated
share ("New Shares") will become effective on 05/11/2025. As from
Wednesday, 05/11/2025, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to
replace the original counter (stock code: 103) for trading in the
Old Shares:-
