SHOUGANG CENT<00103> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading
in the ordinary shares of Shougang Century Holdings Limited
("Shougang Century") will cease after the close of business on
Tuesday, 09/12/2025. As from the close of business on that day,
the counter for trading in the consolidated shares (stock code:
2963) of Shougang Century as represented by old share
certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of
Shougang Century will only be under the following arrangements: -
