CMRU<01636> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by China
Metal Resources Utilization Limited ("China Metal Resources"),
the share consolidation of 10 shares of HKD0.10 each ("Old Shares")
in China Metal Resources into 1 consolidated share of HKD1.00 each
("New Shares") will become effective on 09/04/2025.  As from Wednesday,
09/04/2025, a temporary counter under the following particulars will
be established for trading in the New Shares to replace the original
counter (stock code: 1636) for trading in the Old Shares:-
