JAKOTA CAPITAL<01468> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Jakota Capital
(Holding) Group ("Jakota Capital"), the share consolidation of 5 shares
of HKD0.10 each ("Old Shares") in Jakota Capital into 1 consolidated
share of HKD0.50 each ("New Shares") will become effective on 24/06/2026.
As from Wednesday, 24/06/2026, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace
the original counter (stock code: 1468) for trading in the Old Shares:-
