GREENLAND BROAD<01253> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by
China Greenland Broad Greenstate Group Company Limited
("China Greenland"), the share consolidation of 10 shares
of HKD0.025 each ("Old Shares") in China Greenland into
1 consolidated share of HKD0.25 each ("New Shares") will
become effective on 11/11/2025.  As from Tuesday, 11/11/2025,
a temporary counter under the following particulars will be
established for trading in the New Shares to replace the
original counter (stock code: 1253) for trading in the
Old Shares:-
