GREENLAND BROAD<01253> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of China Greenland Broad Greenstate Group Company
Limited ("China Greenland") will cease after the close of business on
Monday, 15/12/2025.   As from the close of business on that day, the
counter for trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2968) of
China Greenland as represented by old share certificates will be
withdrawn and trading in the shares of China Greenland will only be
under the following arrangements: -
