XH NEWS MEDIA<00309> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Xinhua News
Media Holdings Limited ("Xinhua News Media"), the share consolidation
of 40 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in Xinhua News Media into
1 consolidated share of HKD0.40 each ("New Shares") will become effective
on 24/06/2026.  As from Wednesday, 24/06/2026, a temporary counter under
the following particulars will be established for trading in the New
Shares to replace the original counter (stock code: 309) for trading in
the Old Shares:-
