CHINA WEAVING<03778> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by
China Weaving Materials Holdings Limited ("China Weaving"),
the share consolidation of 10 shares of HKD0.1 each ("Old
Shares") in China Weaving into 1 consolidated share of
HKD1.0 each ("New Shares") will become effective on
11/11/2025. As from Tuesday, 11/11/2025, a temporary counter
under the following particulars will be established for
trading in the New Shares to replace the original counter
(stock code: 3778) for trading in the Old Shares:-
