GLOBAL BIO-CHEM<00809> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Global Bio-Chem
Technology Group Company Limited ("Global Bio-Chem Technology"), the share
consolidation of 10 shares of HKD0.10 each ("Old Shares") in Global
Bio-Chem Technology into 1 consolidated share of HKD1.00 each ("New
Shares") will become effective on 26/06/2026. As from Friday, 26/06/2026,
a temporary counter under the following particulars will be established
for trading in the New Shares to replace the original counter (stock code:
809) for trading in the Old Shares:-
