GOGOX<02246> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by GOGOX HOLDINGS
LIMITED ("GOGOX"), the share consolidation of 10 shares of USD0.0000025
each ("Old Shares") in GOGOX into 1 consolidated share of USD0.000025
each ("New Shares") will become effective on 25/04/2025. As from Friday,
25/04/2025, a temporary counter under the following particulars will be
established for trading in the New Shares to replace the original counter
(stock code: 2246) for trading in the Old Shares:-
