CHINA ECOTOUR<01371> - Share Consolidation

According to the capital reorganisation timetable issued by China
Ecotourism Group Limited ("China Ecotourism"), the capital reorganisation
which comprises the share consolidation of 10 shares of HKD0.50 each ("Old
Shares") into 1 consolidated share of HKD5.00 each and the capital
reduction of par value of the consolidated shares from HKD5.00 each in
China Ecotourism to HKD0.01 each ("New Shares") will become effective on
29/06/2026. As from Monday, 29/06/2026, a temporary counter under the
following particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to
replace the original counter (stock code: 1371) for trading in the Old
Shares:-
