Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in
the ordinary shares of Artgo Holdings Limited ("Artgo Holdings")
will cease after the close of business on Wednesday, 05/08/2026.
As from the close of business on that day, the counter for trading
in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2974) of Artgo Holdings as
represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading
in the shares of Artgo Holdings will only be under the following
arrangements: -
