YOUZAN<06051> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Youzan Technology Limited ("Youzan") will cease
after the close of business on Thursday, 06/08/2026. As from the close
of business on that day, the counter for trading in the consolidated
shares (stock code: 2975) of Youzan as represented by old share
certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of Youzan will
only be under the following arrangements: -
