MEXAN<00022> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Mexan Limited
("Mexan"), the share consolidation of 50 shares of HKD0.02 each ("Old
Shares") in Mexan into 1 consolidated share of HKD1.00 each ("New Shares")
will become effective on 06/07/2026.  As from Monday, 06/07/2026, a
temporary counter under the following particulars will be established for
trading in the New Shares to replace the original counter (stock code: 22)
for trading in the Old Shares:-
