MEXAN<00022> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Mexan Limited ("Mexan") will cease after the close of
business on Friday, 07/08/2026. As from the close of business on that day,
the counter for trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2976) of
Mexan as represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and
trading in the shares of Mexan will only be under the following
arrangements: -
