YUANHENG GAS<00332> - Share Consolidation

According to the capital reorganisation timetable issued by Yuan Heng Gas
Holdings Limited ("Yuan Heng Gas"), the capital reorganisation which
comprises the share consolidation of 20 shares of HKD0.1 each ("Old
Shares") into 1 consolidated share of HKD2.0 each and the capital
reduction of par value of the consolidated shares from HKD2.0 each in Yuan
Heng Gas to HKD0.1 each ("New Shares") will become effective on
06/07/2026.  As from Monday, 06/07/2026, a temporary counter under the
following particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to
replace the original counter (stock code: 332) for trading in the Old
Shares:-
