YUANHENG GAS<00332> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Yuan Heng Gas Holdings Limited ("Yuan Heng Gas")
will cease after the close of business on Friday, 07/08/2026. As from
the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in the
consolidated shares (stock code: 2977) of Yuan Heng Gas as represented
by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares
of Yuan Heng Gas will only be under the following arrangements: -
