HAOSEN FINTECH<03848> - Share Subdivision

According to the share subdivision timetable issued by Haosen Fintech
Group Limited ("Haosen Fintech"), the share subdivision of 1 share of
HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in Haosen Fintech into 5 subdivided shares
of HKD0.002 each ("New Shares") will become effective on 07/07/2026.
As from Tuesday, 07/07/2026, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace
the original counter (stock code: 3848) for trading in the Old Shares:-
