HAOSEN FINTECH<03848> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Haosen Fintech Group Limited ("Haosen Fintech")
will cease after the close of business on Monday, 10/08/2026. As from
the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in the
subdivided shares (stock code: 2979) of Haosen Fintech as represented
by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares
of Haosen Fintech will only be under the following arrangements: -
