ZHENGWEI GROUP<02147> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by
Zhengwei Group Holdings Company Limited ("Zhengwei Group"),
the share consolidation of 20 shares of US$0.01 each ("Old
Shares") in Zhengwei Group into 1 consolidated share of US$0.2
each ("New Shares") will become effective on 29/12/2025.  As
from Monday, 29/12/2025, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to
replace the original counter (stock code: 2147) for trading in
the Old Shares:-
