CHUANGLIAN HOLD<02371> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Chuanglian Holdings Limited ("Chuanglian Holdings")
will cease after the close of business on Thusday, 05/02/2026.   As from
the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in the
consolidated shares (stock code: 2982) of Chuanglian Holdings as
represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and
trading in the shares of Chuanglian Holdings will only be under the
following arrangements: -
