HESAI-W<02525> - Share Subdivision

According to the share subdivision timetable issued by Hesai Group
("Hesai"), the share subdivision of 1 share of USD0.0001 each
("Old Shares") in Hesai into 8 subdivided shares of USD0.0000125
each ("New Shares") will become effective on 10/07/2026.  As from
Friday, 10/07/2026, a temporary counter under the following particulars
will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace the original
counter (stock code: 2525) for trading in the Old Shares:-
