HESAI-W<02525> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Hesai Group ("Hesai") will cease after the close
of business on Thursday, 13/08/2026. As from the close of business on
that day, the counter for trading in the subdivided shares (stock code:
2983) of Hesai as represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn
and trading in the shares of Hesai will only be under the following
arrangements: -
