PLATT NERA<01949> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by
Platt Nera International Limited ("Platt Nera International"),
the share consolidation of 5 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old
Shares") in Platt Nera International into 1 consolidated share
of HKD0.05 each ("New Shares") will become effective on 05/12/2025.
As from Friday, 05/12/2025, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to
replace the original counter (stock code: 1949) for trading in the
Old Shares:-
