PLATT NERA<01949> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading
in the ordinary shares of Platt Nera International Limited
("Platt Nera International") will cease after the close of
business on Tuesday, 13/01/2026.   As from the close of business
on that day, the counter for trading in the consolidated shares
(stock code: 2985) of Platt Nera International as represented by
old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares
of Platt Nera International will only be under the following
arrangements: -
