FLOWING CLOUD<06610> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Flowing Cloud
Technology Ltd ("Flowing Cloud"), the share consolidation of 20 shares
of USD0.00001 each ("Old Shares") in Flowing Cloud into 1 consolidated
share of USD0.00020 each ("New Shares") will become effective on
05/12/2025. As from Friday, 05/12/2025, a temporary counter under the
following particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares
to replace the original counter (stock code: 6610) for trading in the
Old Shares:-
