FLOWING CLOUD<06610> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Flowing Cloud Technology Ltd ("Flowing Cloud") will
cease after the close of business on Tuesday, 13/01/2026. As from the
close of business on that day, the counter for trading in the
consolidated shares (stock code: 2986) of Flowing Cloud as represented
by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares
of Flowing Cloud will only be under the following arrangements: -
