HUISHENG INTL<01340> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Huisheng
International Holdings Limited ("Huisheng International"), the share
consolidation of 8 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in Huisheng
International into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.08 each ("New Shares")
will become effective on 10/07/2026. As from Friday, 10/07/2026, a
temporary counter under the following particulars will be established for
trading in the New Shares to replace the original counter (stock code:
1340) for trading in the Old Shares:-
